The story of PJ's.

 

PJ'S was started around 1973 by Paul McAllister and quickly became a popular cheesesteak and sub shop. Paul ran PJ's with his family until 1996 when Bob Gallagher took the reins. I came to work for Bob in 1999.  Now I am keeping the tradition of great cheesesteaks and subs going along with a very dedicated employee, Franny,  We've also added some new goodies like  deep fried cheesesteaks.
